Responsibilities
Develop construction document sets, including floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, millwork details, and schedules
Manage multiple projects through all design phases, from schematic design to installation
Curate and implement design elements for high-end residential projects, including FF&E (furniture, fabrics/textiles, equipment), color palettes, and lighting
Track and process purchase orders while maintaining project budgets
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and quality of design work in collaboration with project teams
Assist in developing interior concepts based on client vision, project scope, and architectural concepts
Collaborate with clients and consultants to ensure project success
Prepare presentations and design materials, including finish boards, renderings, and other visual assets
Review RFIs, shop drawings, and submittals during the construction administration phase
Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and technical considerations
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to enhance project outcomes
Qualification
Required

3-5 years of experience as an Interior Designer working on residential projects, including furniture procurement and detailed purchasing logs
Accredited degree in Interior Design or Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
Strong oral and written communication skills
Exceptional time management and organizational abilities to succeed in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven environment
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
Preferred
Additional experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Excel
