Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers building LangChain-based agentic AI systems
Own technical delivery of AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with architecture, quality, and timelines
Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Business teams
Guide the team in: Designing agent workflows and decision logic
Implementing tool invocation and API integrations
Managing context, memory, and conversation state
Review code, prompt designs, and agent policies to ensure reliability and safety
Drive migration efforts from RASA-based conversational workflows to modern agent-driven architectures
Ensure production readiness including monitoring, performance tuning, and incident response
Support sprint planning, estimations, and execution while removing technical blockers
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience building and leading development of agentic AI systems using LangChain and LLMs
Prior experience with RASA or conversational AI platforms
Strong proficiency in Python, APIs, and backend system integration
Practical experience with RAG, vector databases, and embeddings
Good understanding of agent reasoning, planning, memory, and tool orchestration
Experience leading teams in Agile / Scrum environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to balance hands-on delivery and team leadership
