Epic Gardening is on a mission to teach the world to grow by reviving the tradition of gardening. The Director of Paid Media will own the strategy and execution of paid media to drive revenue growth while managing advertising spend efficiently.

Responsibilities

Own paid media performance across Meta, Google, and emerging channels
Drive aggressive YoY growth while managing spend efficiency
Scale revenue responsibly across both EG and BI portfolios
Partner with Creative, CRO, and Lifecycle teams to unlock growth
Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting
Make decisive tradeoffs during promotional periods and peak seasons
Build systems that allow for sustainable, scalable growth
You are comfortable launching campaigns and managing allocated spend
