Responsibilities
Complete essential tasks necessary for securing the company’s interest in financed collateral, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
Send completed document packages to title vendors
Submit lien estimates for refinance loans
Maintain timely updates in the title management system
Communicate effectively with customers and manage outstanding title issues
Collaborate with leadership and peers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes while adhering to the company’s core values
Engage in continual learning regarding state requirements and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years in customer service and administrative roles
Attention to detail
Strong time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Desire to provide exceptional service
Ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
Preferred
Titles experience of 2+ years
