They are hiring full-time Community Solar Sales/Customer Service Specialists to educate residents about community solar benefits and assist with enrollments in no-cost clean energy programs.

Responsibilities
Within assigned territories, you will to educate homeowners and renters about community solar programs
Clearly communicate how participants can save on their electric bills while supporting clean energy
Assist with enrollments using a mobile device or tablet
Provide friendly, professional customer service throughout the interaction
Follow up with interested customers and ensure successful program onboarding
Track leads, update progress, and report daily results to your team lead
Represent PTM Solar’s brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation
Passion for sustainability, energy efficiency, or community engagement
Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and a smartphone
Able to walk for extended periods and work outdoors in various conditions
Preferred
Prior face-to-face sales experience is a plus—but not required. We provide full training!
Experience with Dominion Energy is a plus!
