Support clients over the phone, via web chats and emails

Communicate with clients and provide deep-dive training on our data

Present group projects and learn about customer segments

Gain exposure to additional S&P Global platforms

Complete required certification exams and participate in a rigorous evaluation process

Required

A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) completed before the March, 2026 preferably in finance, accounting, economics, or business

Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well with people from varying backgrounds

Communication: Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively resolve client concerns and promote SPGMI product usage
