Responsibilities
Deliver live instructor led AI training sessions virtually and onsite
Teach applied AI concepts tailored to manufacturing environments and operational teams
Demonstrate how AI supports quality, compliance, maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement
Lead hands on exercises using real world manufacturing scenarios and datasets
Facilitate workshops to identify, prioritize, and design custom AI use cases
Support leadership teams in developing AI adoption and roadmap strategies
Customize content to align with client processes, maturity level, and goals
Evaluate participant understanding and provide actionable feedback
Collaborate with curriculum and program teams to continuously improve course content
Qualification
Required
Experience delivering professional or corporate training to adult learners
Strong understanding of AI fundamentals and applied AI tools
Practical knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, or production environments
Ability to explain AI concepts to both technical and non technical audiences
Experience using generative AI tools and AI assisted workflows
Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
Preferred
Background in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or supply chain
Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
Experience with quality systems, compliance, or maintenance programs
Project management experience
Experience supporting change management or workforce transformation initiatives
