Information & Referral (I&R) Data & Systems Lead
The Contra Costa Crisis Center (CCCC) operates the 211 Information & Referral system and 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, providing critical access to services, crisis intervention, and community-based resources for residents across the county. The Information & Referral (I&R) Data & Systems Lead is responsible for the governance, integrity, and functionality of the Crisis Center’s 211 and 988 data systems, with primary ownership of the WellSky platform and the 211 resource database.

Responsibilities
Lead governance of the 211 resource database and WellSky system to ensure accuracy, consistency, integrity, and timeliness of information
Independently apply InformUSA taxonomy, eligibility standards, and inclusion/exclusion criteria, including judgment calls where interpretation is required
Maintain disaster and emergency resource listings in alignment with agency protocols and national I&R standards
Design, configure, and maintain assessments, data fields, workflows, and reporting structures within WellSky to support 211 and 988 operations, new and existing contracts, and quality assurance requirements
Translate service delivery models, contractual obligations, and reporting requirements into functional data collection and reporting tools
Generate, validate, and interpret reports for leadership, funders, audits, and compliance purposes
Conduct routine data audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure data accuracy and reliability
Identify data gaps, risks, or system issues and recommend corrective actions or system enhancements
Serve as an internal resource to Operations, Clinical, and Call Center teams on I&R data standards, reporting, and system use
Maintain working relationships with community providers to ensure timely updates to service listings, eligibility criteria, and contact information
Participate in meetings, trainings, and presentations related to I&R systems, community resources, and service access, as appropriate and in coordination with leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human services, public health, data management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and exercise professional judgment in a fast-paced, high-stakes operational environment
Preferred
Demonstrated experience in a 211 or Information & Referral environment strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with WellSky database systems strongly preferred
Working knowledge of InformUSA standards, taxonomy, and certification practices
