Responsibilities

Design and operate data systems that bridge Amazon Ads, Prime Video, and Amazon MGM Studios data, enabling comprehensive business insights and revenue optimization

Create and manage scalable business processes and information systems to support B2B marketing, industry events, and sponsorship operations

Develop and maintain the Prime Video Advertising operations database and self-service analytics tools that empower teams to analyze performance data

Build AI tools that will help scale our B2B marketing operations

Create and optimize data pipelines to streamline collection and analysis across platforms, automating routine reporting processes

Build and maintain comprehensive documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), training materials, and knowledge bases to enable operational excellence at scale

Drive alignment and consistency across global teams to ensure successful execution of advertising initiatives

Required

Experience managing business systems (e.g., Salesforce, Airtable, or similar tools) including hands on set up and configuration

6+ years of professional experience in business operations, analytics, or data systems

Experience building and maintaining data pipelines and business intelligence solutions

Experience working with large datasets

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans

Preferred

Experience with advertising metrics

Experience building automated reporting systems and self-service analytics tools

Experience managing cross-functional projects in a matrix organization

Experience developing and implementing operational processes at scale

Experience presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders

Knowledge of advertising technology ecosystems and measurement frameworks
