15+ years exprSTAR Technologies is seeking an experienced SAFe Agile Program Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale Agile programs across multiple teams and stakeholders. This role is responsible for ensuring alignment between business objectives, product strategy, and Agile execution within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage Agile programs using SAFe principles and practices
Coordinate delivery across multiple Agile teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
Ensure alignment between program objectives, roadmaps, and business priorities
Drive execution and delivery of Program Increments (PIs)
Facilitate and support key SAFe ceremonies, including:
PI Planning
Scrum of Scrums
System Demos
Inspect & Adapt workshops
Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and impediments
Promote adherence to Lean-Agile and SAFe best practices
Serve as the primary point of contact for program-level stakeholders
Communicate program status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes clearly
Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, and Business leaders
Support decision-making through transparent reporting and data-driven insights
Track and report Agile metrics such as PI predictability, burn-up/burn-down, and flow metrics
Ensure transparency into program health and delivery confidence
Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased delivery efficiency
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning
Practice servant leadership by coaching and enabling teams
Remove impediments and support high-performing, self-organizing teams
Encourage collaboration, accountability, and psychological safety
Support Agile transformation and maturity across the organization
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Agile Delivery
8+ years of experience working in a SAFe or scaled Agile environment
Proven experience managing multi-team, cross-functional Agile programs
Experience working in enterprise or complex organizational environments
Strong understanding of SAFe principles, roles, and ceremonies
Solid experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
Hands-on experience with PI Planning and dependency management
Strong grasp of Agile metrics and reporting
Experience using Agile tools such as: Jira / Jira Align, Azure DevOps, Rally, Confluence
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams
Strong program planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity
Influencing skills without direct authority
High emotional intelligence and stakeholder focus
Preferred
SAFe Agilist (SA) certification (preferred)
Experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or similar role
PMP or PMI-ACP certification
Experience working with distributed or global teams
Background in digital, cloud, or enterprise technology programs
