Korn Ferry is partnering with a client in Irvine to find an experienced Payroll Supervisor. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for a multi-state hourly workforce while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 1,000+ hourly employees across multiple states

Ensure accuracy of timekeeping records, including reviewing and resolving discrepancies

Calculate and process deductions, such as taxes, benefits, and garnishments

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws, including wage and hour regulations

Utilize payroll software, ADP Workforce to process payroll efficiently and accurately

Generate and analyze payroll reports for management and audit purposes

Act as the point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of employee concerns

Provide guidance to managers and employees on timekeeping policies and procedures

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 5+ years of payroll processing experience in a multi-state, retail, restaurant environment

Proficiency with ADP Workforce

Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements

Preferred

Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required

Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred but not required
