Responsibilities

Operate high-volume digital production printers (e.g., Ricoh) and large-format plotters (e.g., Roland) to deliver high-quality output
Manage the print queue and review incoming digital files for formatting, bleed, and resolution issues prior to printing (pre-flighting)
Calibrate equipment regularly to ensure brand color consistency across all projects
Perform routine maintenance, clear paper jams, and resolve minor technical issues; coordinate with vendors for major repairs
Utilize finishing equipment for cutting, folding, saddle-stitching, coil/comb binding, laminating, and scoring
Organize, shrink-wrap, and package finished jobs for safe inter-office delivery or shipping
Conduct rigorous checks to ensure accurate pagination, cleanliness, and alignment

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years in a related role; 5 years preferred
Proficiency with high-speed digital copiers/printers and offline finishing equipment (guillotines, folders, binders)
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro (for pre-flighting) and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong time management and ability to prioritize rush jobs without compromising quality
Professional appearance and adherence to company dress standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Meet company attendance standards; 40-hour workweek, Monday–Friday
Ability to stand for extended periods (50–75% of the workday)
Ability to lift and move paper boxes and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs
Manual dexterity for precise finishing tasks

Preferred

Familiarity with Fiery Command WorkStation or VersaWorks RIP software
Basic design skills in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator for minor file adjustments
