Somewhere is seeking a data-driven, proactive Marketing Manager to build and scale their direct-to-consumer marketing engine. This strategic role will own the full local customer acquisition funnel, focusing on reducing reliance on warranty-based work and growing a sustainable lead pipeline through various marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Paid Acquisition (Lead Generation)
Set up, manage, and optimize Google & Bing Search campaigns targeting high-intent local keywords (e.g., “appliance repair near me”)
Manage Local Service Ads (LSA), including profile optimization, lead quality review, and dispute handling
Run Facebook/Instagram ads for local awareness, retargeting, and seasonal promotions
Local SEO & Online Reputation
Daily management of Google Business Profile (posts, photos, updates, accuracy, and NAP consistency)
Design and manage a review generation system to ensure COD customers are prompted for reviews via SMS/email
Conversion & Content
Create and optimize simple, high-conversion landing pages focused on calls and bookings
Maintain a consistent social media presence (Facebook/Instagram) to build local trust and brand credibility
Design print-ready offline marketing materials such as door hangers, yard signs, and vehicle wrap concepts
Retention & Partnerships
Build and manage email and SMS campaigns for seasonal reminders, reactivation, and promotions
Design and launch a referral and loyalty program
Conduct outreach to local property managers, realtors, and HOAs to establish B2B service relationships
Qualification
Required
3+ years in digital marketing for US-based home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, etc.)
Proven ROI-focused experience with Google Ads and Local Service Ads
Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Express for digital and print materials
Exceptional written and spoken English with strong customer-first, local-oriented copywriting
Ability to deliver clear weekly reports showing ad spend, leads generated, and revenue impact
