The RGM Systems Manager will provide technical support for the RGM US business, manage requirements for technical projects, and support project work with deliverables across the organization.

Responsibilities

Provide day to day support for Pricing Software system and corresponding interfacing systems (Anaplan, Tableau/Power BI, SAP)

Responsible for accurate system inflow from other internal data systems (Anaplan, SAP) to Vistaar. Can independently troubleshoot when there are disconnects between the Vistaar and separate systems

Acts as business advocate for timely resolution on errors between Vistaar system and SAP

Acts as a liaison between IT resources and Commercial Resources

Manage ticketing process and system enhancements while working between IT and the RGM/Finance business

Provide ongoing training and support for the commercial team for the RGM software system (Vistaar), including:

Meet with Pricing Managers to gather complete and clear requirements for system and project improvement

Designing UAT and implementing running UAT in test environments for new enhancements from Vistaar

Design and update training documentation and support as new features as rolled out to ensure that SOPs are kept up to date

Participate in weekly meetings and give a technical perspective to the business while giving updates on pricing system projects

Support evolution of RGM by working on process improvement, Excel automation, and data requirements and dashboard development

Support pricing audits by reconciling data between key systems and maintains accurate database of Vistaar users. Maintains appropriate levels of workflow delegation and maintains audit approvals and track record

Support the Yearly RGM Commercialization process with data tie outs, Nielsen/NABCA data pulls, and additional pricing analysis as needed
