Responsibilities

Meet assigned quotas by selling a comprehensive suite of software solutions (CAD, PLM, ALM, SLM) to corporate accounts within targeted industries
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities while growing sales within existing accounts
Lead the sales process from prospecting to deal closure, ensuring a value-based engagement approach
Accurately forecast sales and maintain up-to-date opportunity profiles in CRM tools such as Salesforce.com
Build relationships with key decision-makers, including departmental leaders and executive sponsors
Oversee all sales activities within assigned accounts, maintaining alignment with account strategies
Understand client business processes and provide tailored technology solutions to address their needs
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, technical) to deliver comprehensive solutions
Participate in vertical-specific initiatives and contribute to regional sales strategies
Support transactional sales motions while developing consultative selling skills for more complex opportunities

Required

5+ years of experience in software sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
Experience in managing accounts and developing business within large corporate environments
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Ability to travel for customer meetings and team collaboration
Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills, with the ability to communicate value to mid-level and senior decision-makers
Proven track record in achieving sales targets, with experience in selling software solutions
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting, with attention to data accuracy
Solid understanding of product development and discrete manufacturing industries, including associated business operations
Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and adapt strategies to drive success
Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and evolve toward more senior sales roles

Preferred

Exposure to complex sales cycles and account development is preferred
Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDICC or Command of the Message is beneficial but not required
