Business Intelligence Specialist
Scalence L.L.C. is offering an opportunity to assist in improving the service offering of PC Renewal and asset management via ServiceNow. The Business Intelligence Specialist will develop dashboards, collaborate with teams for process improvements, and ensure alignment for ITSM practices.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement ticketing/metrics dashboards to convey current statuses and SLA adherence to the service team and management
Collaborate with functional teams and contribute to process improvement
Assist with best practices to continually improve PC Renewal service operations
Ensure global alignment for ITSM practices within the ServiceNow platform
Assist with the training of Planning and Operational staff
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
Business Intelligence expertise
Business Analytics proficiency
5 years of specialist experience in a relevant field
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred
Experience with ServiceNow, PowerBI, and QlikSense
Experience in ITSM practices
Process improvement and documentation skills
