Responsibilities
Lead Request for Proposals (RFPs) in support of products and services needed to stand up a Global Capability Center (GCC) in India
Lead contract negotiations for selected vendors, partnering with Risk Review Teams and Legal to ensure compliance with requirements
Establish strong relationships with business partners across the firm to develop and execute contracts
Manage all aspects of the strategic sourcing lifecycle; lead negotiations, as well as collaborate with risk groups and legal, as required on vendor engagements
Responsible for the management, editing and negotiation of product and services agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents
Act as an effective liaison between attorneys and business partners to address issues as they relate to contracts
Synthesize and extract complex legal, technical, and business issues and act as an internal consultant to facilitate accurate and creative solutions to operational and other business issues
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to work across the enterprise or within cross-functional team and have strong oral and written communication and presentation skills

A Senior Vendor Sourcing Manager plays an essential role within Corporate Vendor Management by providing business partners with strategic sourcing support, contract negotiation, and risk mitigation
This position will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with business partners across the firm to develop and execute contracts
This role will manage all aspects of the strategic sourcing lifecycle; lead negotiations, as well as collaborate with risk groups and legal, as required on vendor engagements
Responsible for the management, editing and negotiation of product and services agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents
Act as an effective liaison between attorneys and business partners to address issues as they relate to contracts
Demonstrated ability to synthesize and extract complex legal, technical, and business issues and act as an internal consultant to facilitate accurate and creative solutions to operational and other business issues is required
Must have strong attention to detail, the ability to work across the enterprise or within cross-functional team and have strong oral and written communication and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite applications, Outlook and Ariba is required
Preferred
Experience with PeopleSoft and/or Tableau a plus
