Responsibilities

Supervise and lead the production team, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in operations

Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures that align with ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 standards

Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations

Collaborate with engineering teams to design and optimize layouts using CAD software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD

Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency

Manage multi-shift operations and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines

Train and mentor team members in manufacturing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Oversee the implementation and management of PLCs and machine controls in the production area
