Responsibilities
Oversee the treasury management systems function, ensuring effective cash management, risk management, and capital structure
Identify opportunities and implement treasury-related business process improvements, including multilateral netting and cash pool structures via in-house banking
Develop and implement treasury strategies and policies to optimize cash flow and minimize financial risk
Prepare regular treasury reports, including cash position summaries, liquidity metrics, risk assessment and investment performance
Support cash forecasting, liquidity management, and investment activities
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 6 years of experience in treasury management, with demonstrated progression in responsibilities
Strong knowledge of cash management, risk management, capital markets, and financial planning
Proven ability to develop and implement effective cash management strategies that enhance financial performance
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial analysis tools
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Relevant certifications (CTP, CPA, CFA)
Strategic mindset and ability to think critically and make sound financial decisions
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving
Experience in managing treasury operations in a global organization
