Responsibilities

Define platform designs in partnership with TI and our product vendors (new or expanding technology), completing capacity assessments, assist with solving technical problems as they arise and providing support to the Engineers
Engage in BAU and large, complex WFOS solutions which align with the enterprise architecture strategy, technology and platform domain
Work across business and technology to create the solution intent and architectural vision for large complex solutions
Lead rapid-shaping of a high-level architecture with details filled in with emerging business requirements; ensure architecture is flexible, modular and designed to adapt easily
Facilitate solution-driven discussions, lead the design of complex architectures, and find creative solutions through their knowledge of the domain, practical experiments and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
Clarify the architecture and system design for the Engineering teams to support implementation, and provide solution options to resolve any architectural impediments
Perform design reviews to ensure all non-functional requirements for a solution are sufficiently met (for example, security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability)
Ensure the solution is fit for purpose and use by working with stakeholders, vendors/service providers, and evaluating the impact of strategic design decisions
Contribute to best practices, standard templates and the architecture roadmap for defined
Expertise with large scale implementations of NICE Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE/IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation and Symon/Korbyt Wallboards
Partner with Analysts and Engineers to provide and achieve objective solution for a given project effort
Contribute to impact assessments to determine if WFOS has a scope of work or opportunity when work is coming through the intake process
Communicate with LOB on questions related to scope, discovery and estimates
Subject Matter expert on the functionality and the logic behind the design decisions
Drive out the detailed architectural design for the solution
Help to identify external service providers/interfaces needed on a project
Provide support to developers/engineers to ensure requirements are understood
Update/maintain Kanban boards as required which tracks all work within WFOS
Proactively engage with and established a routine with vendor partners, service providers and TI on collaborative architectural design
Act as a champion of project process, able to use process to improve quality and timeliness of deliverables

Required

Experience with WFOS applications is required including Interaction Analytics, Call Recording, Workforce Management, Adaptive WFO, and Robotics automation
Architecture experience and Call Center technology knowledge
Clear understanding of Agile/Lean methodologies
Consistent ability to work highly effectively with others
Demonstrates excellence in soft skills, including listening, written, oral, organizational, interpersonal and facilitation skills
Understands the business customers and business processes supported by the team
Understands and promotes the functional capabilities provided by the team
Understands and leverages the technical capabilities and external services available to the team
Understands the vendor products and services in use by or available to the team
Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems
Familiarity with programming languages, databases, storage platforms, operating systems, and office software
Strong MS Excel and Visio skills
Ability to create sound, detailed architectural flow diagrams
Ability to problem solve complex technology issues

Preferred

Knowledge of banking systems and applications
Experience with comparable products of another/competing vendor would be acceptable
