Responsibilities
Perform public accounting and financial planning tasks

Interact with departmental officials regarding program advocacy
Respond to tight deadlines and competing interests in recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree AND two (2) years or more of professional level experience in accounting, budgeting, business administration, economics, finance, legal work, or public administration
OR
Four (4) years or more of professional level experience in accounting, budgeting, business administration, economics, finance, legal work, or public administration
Preferred
MPA, MBA, JD, or other advanced degree
Experience in program planning and/or evaluation
