Responsibilities

Define and manage implementation project plans using established methodologies
Work directly with clients to understand project scope, objectives, and requirements
Identify and manage the resources needed to meet project goals
Accurately budget and track expenditures to deliver solutions on time
Develop and mentor consultants on the software and methodology
Ensure projects are appropriately forecasted and resourced
Promote best practices in project delivery, including templates, work plans, and methodologies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and technical experts
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders
Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams

Qualification

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CEProject Management Professional (PMP)Scrum Master CertificationMicrosoft ProjectVendor managementMicrosoft Office proficiencyTechnical backgroundCommunication skillsTeam management

Required

Bachelor's Degree or higher required
Project Management Professional (PMP) required
Scrum Master Certification (or any other Agile certification)
Minimum 8 years of project management experience
Experience with vendor management and vendor package implementations
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project
Experience with Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps
Strong technical background

Preferred

Certification or a degree in computer science, information systems or engineering a plus
