Supporting school staff and students with behavior-related needs
Managing accurate data collection to monitor progress and outcomes
Qualification
Required
Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience
Current BCBA certification with active Delaware licensure (proof of certification required)
Experience working with individuals with severe disabilities and autism in educational settings
Strong skills in behavior assessment and intervention planning
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
