Managing job postings, screening, interviewing, checks, and hiring processes
Creating orientation programs, educating new hires on policies, and coordinating development training
Administering pay, benefits, leave, and wellness programs
Addressing concerns, mediating disputes, conducting investigations, and ensuring fair treatment
Developing, implementing, and enforcing company policies and ensuring adherence to labor laws
Assisting with performance reviews, goal setting, and improvement plans
Maintaining employee records, managing HR systems, and generating official documents (offer letters, etc.)
