Closer is a fast-growing network of curated, lightly facilitated experiences designed for meaningful connection. They are hiring Event Facilitators / Experience Hosts to lead small gatherings that foster real connections among attendees.

Computer Software

Responsibilities

Host our signature experiences designed to turn strangers into friends (dinners, drinks, cocktail parties, coffee chats, etc.)
Guide the flow of the evening, welcome attendees, and create space for honest connection
Represent the Closer brand and uphold our ethos of warmth, ease, and belonging
Lightly facilitate group discussions that make it easy for people to open up

Qualification

Required

Experience with facilitation, teaching, performing, coaching, or being a connector
Ability to lead a group with presence and calm
Reliability and organization
