Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries to support the month-end close process
Ensure journal entries are accurate and complete for financial reporting purposes
Conduct variance analysis for Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet accounts
Reconcile bank activity to the general ledger
Reconcile sales and use tax transactions to the general ledger
Accurately and promptly post intercompany transactions
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Accounting, Reconciliation, and Reporting
Experience with financial statements, balance sheets, and bank reconciliation
Strong understanding of general ledger and journal entries
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and sum formulas
