Responsibilities
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis
Translate user needs and business requirements into wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
Design high-fidelity UI mockups that align with brand guidelines
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and usability results
Ensure consistency across interfaces using design systems and style guides
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Experience in user research and usability testing
Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and interaction design
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications
Knowledge of usability testing methods and user research techniques
Experience with HTML/CSS (Collaboration Level, not required to code)
Preferred
Experience with design systems and style guides
Advocacy for accessibility and inclusive design best practices
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
