Mid LevelRIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer/Configurator with strong experience in the financial domain, ideally within alternative investments. The candidate will design, configure, and maintain SharePoint solutions to support collaboration, document management, and compliance-driven workflows in a financial services environment.

Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and customize SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows
Implement document management systems, including versioning, access controls, and compliance alignment
Integrate SharePoint with financial applications, reporting tools, and Microsoft 365 apps
Partner with business teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored SharePoint solutions
Build dashboards, forms, and automated workflows to improve efficiency and reporting
Manage data security, permissions, and user access in line with financial regulations
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training
Qualification
Required
Proven hands-on experience with SharePoint Online / SharePoint 2019 (development & configuration)
Proficiency in Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, and SPFx (SharePoint Framework)
Strong understanding of document management, permissions, workflows, and compliance standards
Experience in the financial services domain, preferably alternative investments
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, and Office app integrations
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Preferred
Experience with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Integration)
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services
Exposure to SQL Server and reporting tools for data-driven solutions
