Responsibilities
Collaborate and partner with business teams to define and solve problems that impact customers
Identify predictors and causes of business-related problems to implement novel approaches related to forecasting and prediction
Identify, develop, manage, and execute analyses to uncover areas of opportunity and present written business recommendations
Build relationships, identify stakeholders, and influence other teams across organizations and external teams while defining analytical approaches to uncover new insights and formulate recommendations that improve processes
Qualification
Required
Graduate from Bachelor's degree program between 12/2026 and 6/2027
Ability to relocate nationwide. This role is for nationwide opportunities and not Seattle locations only. Relocation assistance provided, if eligible
Ability to complete 12-week internship between May – August 2026

Are 18 years of age or older
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation conferral date between December 2025 and May 2026
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation conferral date between December 2026 and June 2027
Preferred
Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive)
Experience using data and metrics to drive actionable insights at scale
Can communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities
Experience managing time efficiently, meeting personal goals, and working effectively with internal, partner, and customer teams
Strong academic, leadership, and/or extracurricular record
Basic understanding of modern programming concepts and languages such as Java, SQL, C++, or Python
