Responsibilities
Lead and execute annual fundraising strategies, donor campaigns, and appeals
Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and foundations
Guide proposal development, sponsorships, and donor impact communications
Oversee donor data integrity and engagement tracking using a donor CRM system
Collaborate with executive leadership, board members, and internal teams to advance development goals
Monitor fundraising performance and share insights to inform strategy
Qualification
Required
Experience leading or managing fundraising, development, or donor engagement initiatives
Proven ability to build and sustain strong, values-driven donor relationships
Comfort working with donor databases or CRM systems (Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, Donor Perfect, etc.)
Strong communication, storytelling, and organizational skills
Ability to lead priorities in a collaborative, mission-driven environment
