Responsibilities
Develop Python scripts and frameworks to automate network testing across all aspects of testing including compliance, regression, functional and nonfunctional, security and other areas
Build RESTful APIs and microservices to interface with network devices and orchestration platforms
Design and implement network automation playbooks using Ansible to manage TelCo network fabric and infrastructure
Agentic AI development for NW automation
Designs and trains models using Telecommunication Platform (e.g., Watson X) Integrates models with network data
Fine-tunes models for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and other use cases
Qualification
Required
Min 5 yrs + exp in Python building enterprise-grade applications is a must
Min 5yrs + Ansible test automation development exp
Min 1 yr exp in Agentic AI development
Min 5yrs exp in AI/ML model development
Min 5+ yr expertise in OpenStack and Kubernetes for application deployment (CI/CD)
Min 5+ yr experience as certified cloud architect for NW automation projects
Min 5+ yr experience in managing NW automation projects using OpenStack and Kubernetes for application
Min 1 yr exp in managing Agentic AI projects
Min 1-3 yr development exp with Vector Databases and Embeddings
Min 2-3 yr development exp with Graph DB development
Min 1 yr development exp in Agentic AI development
Min 2+ yr exp in creating library for 5GC and vRAN network functions
Demonstrable experience with major Agentic Frameworks (e.g., Langgraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, A2A, AutoGen) or similar
Proficiency in developing and managing MCP Servers with minimum 1-3 years of development exp
Min 1 yr exp in Agentic AI development
Min 5yrs exp in AI/ML model development
Preferred
Telecom OSS understanding
Telecom service Assurance ( PM, FM, SM, AD, CP) understanding
Exp with IBM Watson X
Good understanding of React.js and Node.js
Experience with workflow engines like Ansible, Temporal, n8n, Langgraph
