Manage accruals, POs, vendor invoices, and financial reporting
Oversee venue review operations for speaker programs
Support advisory board contracting and financial tracking
Act as a key liaison with Compliance, FP&A, Procurement, IT, and external partners (IQVIA)
Ensure compliance across all CE Ops workflows while streamlining processes
Qualification
Required
6+ years of project/program management experience in commercial or compliance-heavy environments
Strong background in finance operations (POs, accruals, vendor management)
Proficiency in SAP, Smartsheet, and enterprise workflow tools
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and collaborative communicator
Preferred
Pharma/biotech experience and familiarity with HCP contracting a plus
