Responsibilities
Manages large projects of moderate to high complexity which may include the creation, coordination, and management of a project plan for major complex system installation or modification
Utilizes established project management standards, processes, policies, methodologies, and tools to manage timelines, resources, and budgets
Understands and complies with all enterprise and IS departmental policies, procedures, and standards
Supports all compliance activities related to state, federal regulatory requirements, healthcare accreditation standards, and all other applicable regulations that govern the use and disclosure of patient, financial, or other confidential information
Qualification
Required
Experience with Azure Cloud
Experience with RBAC and CI/CD
A bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare IT, or related field is required
7-10 years of solid experience as a project manager in IT project management with increasing responsibilities
Networking knowledge and experience required
Proven ability to manage all stages of the Project Management lifecycle
Experience (at least 3 years) managing large, complex projects, preferably in a healthcare environment, and coaching other team members
Exhibits advanced proficiency in project management methodology, tools, and practices
Demonstrates proficiency in creating detailed documentation for complex projects
Communicates effectively with project staff and stakeholders
Demonstrates effective consensus-building skills
Preferred
PMP certification is highly preferred
CCMP or Prosci certifications are preferred
