Dealership Account Manager - Central Florida

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is dedicated to serving its members and local communities. The Dealership Account Manager is responsible for establishing and managing the dealer network, ensuring superior sales and service standards while meeting key performance indicators.

Finance

Responsibilities

Establishment, maintenance, training, and management of the dealer network
Monitoring ongoing dealer performance such as production, application quality, delinquency, losses, profitability, etc
Submits market reports to AVP Indirect Lending regarding his/her area of responsibility in a timely manner
Interfacing directly with all dealer personnel; training dealers on all aspects of our indirect lending program; informing dealers of policy, procedures, and price changes; making recommendations for pricing/program changes
Acting as a liaison between dealership partners and all Grow departments/branches to ensure superior sales and service standards
Is responsible for meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) established by management

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Two years of successful business to business Account Management experience including cold calling, prospecting leads, and training skills required
One year working knowledge of the credit and finance industry is required
Two to Five years' experience specialized in indirect lending either in dealer finance, underwriting, sales, or an equivalent combination, is required
Excellent analytical, verbal, written and presentation skills
Must possess above average time management, problem solving and prioritization skills
Must possess a valid driver's license and insurance
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, DealerTrack, RouteOne and AutoCount
General office equipment knowledge is required
Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (50) pounds without assistance
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to read, write, speak, and type English
Must be able to hear and use a telephone
Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes
Telecommuting and home office setting
Employee will be assigned a corporate vehicle and will travel within the credit union's area of presence greater than 80% of the work week; overnight travel included
Flexible work schedule that may include evenings and/or weekends (Saturday/Sunday) hours

Preferred

Bachelor of Arts/Science degree from an accredited university
