Responsibilities

Provides administrative support to Business Line (BL) Recruiting Coordinators, BL Campus Recruiting Teams and Ambassador Teams

Schedules interviews, works with universities in support of campus activities, attraction/sourcing events, etc

Assists all recruiting participants with various administrative tasks

Provides logistics support to all recruiting related events

Provides transition and support coverage between recruiting coordinators and recruiting consultants

Works with Recruiting Associates on various recruiting transactional activities (e.g., candidate reimbursements, invoice handling). Minimal work direction needed, highly skilled and knowledgeable to the position

Can potentially supervise others, is expert in the field and have extensive experience in this area of work
