INTERN: Jefferson City Boys Program Youth Specialist
The HALO Foundation is dedicated to supporting local youth, and they are seeking an Intern for the Jefferson City Boys Program Youth Specialist role. This internship involves building relationships with youth, assisting in program management, and researching community resources to benefit the program participants.

Responsibilities
Collaborating with HALO Program Manager to plan and prepare the house for youth and program facilitation, including but not limited to dinner prep, communicating evening plan to volunteers, and transportation assistance
Allocating hours to be in the office working on program development, such as scheduling life skill speakers, youth outings, attending meetings and gaining experience in a professional environment
Spending 2-3 nights a week working directly with youth in the program
Help provide resources for their immediate needs identified during program time
Assist with HALO Heat basketball program as needed
Help capture photos and videos of program participants and any special projects such as the HALO Documentary and special event content
Track weekly statistics and outcomes by compiling information reported and then entry into Apricot
Work with HALO Program Manager to analyze pre- and post-surveys to measure success and outcomes
Assisting with special events that arise during the time of your internship
