Product & Client Transformation Office – Executive Vice President
Perennial Resources International is focused on optimizing organizational processes through its Transformation Office. The Executive Vice President will collaborate with clients to assess their needs, design operating models, and lead strategic transformation initiatives while mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities
Work closely with clients and business to assess client fund servicing needs, design target operating models and identify technology solutions best suited to meet client needs
Support our Business Development globally identifying solutions to support our strategy and effectively demonstrating and communicating Transformations Office's expertise
Demonstrate a client-driven approach at all times, fostering long-term relationships with clients and prospects throughout the sales and onboarding process
Design & implement strategic client transformation engagements by actively collaborating with the client & the wider business
Provide subject matter expertise and deep product knowledge in one or more of Hedge, Fund of Funds, Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Assets
Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize key areas for transformation, ensuring a strategic and cohesive approach translating business strategies and goals into executable projects
Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic direction of the Transformation Office shaping business decisions, and driving growth and revenue
Engage with internal stakeholders to communicate the benefits and implications of transformation initiatives
Assist with the development of on-boarding and transition plans for new client integration
Assist in assessing resource needs, and in resourcing efforts across the client transformation team including structuring the team to best support successful execution of strategy
Support the development of talent and attraction of talent to support the growth of the business
Lead and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement with Transformation Office
Work closely with Project teams to guide, teach, and impart specialized knowledge
Maintain a proactive approach to staying up-to-date on industry changes and technology advancements
Qualification
Required
15+ years of financial services industry experience
Professional Certificate, Bachelor, Master level degree
Client facing experience in financial service industry essential
Strong knowledge of alternatives fund structures, fund types, and asset operations, and familiarity with investment accounting rules and standards essential
Strong understanding of technology trends and their application in industry
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to be creative and innovative
Ability to influence and persuade
