Responsibilities
Testing the products for safety, capacities, compliance, and performance
Examining and investigating specific aspects and components of the products in question
Compiling data needed for the Project and engineering teams, as well as testing all products under the guidance of the Quality team
Maintaining a hydrotest log, such as Safe Work Permits, when working in a hydrotest environment
Maintaining the area through good housekeeping and 5S principles
Maintaining all tooling in good working conditions
Qualification
Required
high school diploma or GED
Good communication skills
Physical fitness and strength to lift and operate heavy electrical machinery
Mechanics oriented
High-pressure/high-voltage experience
Excellent hand-eye coordination
Basic computer skills such as emailing and form-filling
Forklift experience
Preferred
associate's degree
