Responsibilities

Partner with business, compliance, and technology stakeholders to analyze requirements, document processes, and deliver scalable solutions that align with enterprise goals and regulatory standards

Lead the documentation and enhancement of business and system processes, ensuring data accuracy, operational consistency, and compliance through effective data analysis and mapping

Drive Agile delivery and execution by managing user stories, sprint activities, and priorities through JIRA and Confluence, ensuring transparent, on-time, and high-quality outcomes

Identify and recommend opportunities for automation, configuration, workflow optimization, and technology integration, leveraging data and analytics to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

Influence technology strategies by providing actionable insights, supporting solution validation, and presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders for informed decision-making

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field

3+ years of experience in business, data, system and/or technical analysis

Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical insights to both business and technical stakeholders

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex issues and propose practical, efficient solutions

Proven ability to perform business, systems, and technical analysis, with a strong understanding of end-to-end workflows, integrations, and process dependencies

Demonstrated success working in Agile environments, using JIRA and Confluence for sprint planning, backlog tracking, and documentation

Strong sense of ownership, organization, and accountability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis to support reporting and decision-making

Experience in Salesforce or CRM platforms with knowledge of configuration, data structures, workflows, and reporting capabilities
