Field Sales Representative
XDS Bicycles is one of the world’s largest vertically integrated bicycle manufacturers, and they are seeking a Field Sales Representative to establish their presence in the North American market. This role involves opening new dealer accounts, building relationships with shop owners, and promoting XDS bikes across a defined territory.

Responsibilities
Visit bike shops regularly to introduce XDS, open new accounts, and grow relationships
Prospect in person within your territory, including cold walk-ins
Take deals from first conversation through initial order
Train shop staff on product and positioning
Keep a pulse on competitors, pricing, and local market dynamics
Represent XDS in a professional, consistent way
Qualification
Required
Experience in the cycle or performance sports industries
5+ years of sales experience built on relationships, not just inbound leads
Ability to build interest and convert into sales
Comfort and flexibility with traveling, opening doors, and starting conversations in person
Strong organization and follow up skills
Background in cycling or performance sports
