The role involves developing instructional materials and delivering training both in-person and remotely, while also offering user support on automation tools.

Responsibilities
Successfully complete internal training and stay current on all new automation tools
Teach in-person and remote classes as scheduled, meeting requirements of the contract Quality Assurance Plan
Provide on-call user support on proper use of all automation tools
Carry out scheduled duties to cover Hotline, Chat Room and other support services
Create quality instructional materials and perform well on other supplemental projects, as requested
Qualification
Required
BA or BS degree from an accredited undergraduate program
2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an adult learning environment
Customer service and customer satisfaction focus
Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills and aptitude
Good communication and presentation skills
Must be able to work as scheduled. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM, but occasionally classes or duties may start as early as 7 AM or finish as late as 8 PM
Preferred
Experience with developing training materials
Experience with online learning, remote access, and collaboration tools
Experience with technical writing/editing
Experience with developing computer-based training or e-learning modules
