EDR Analyst
Mondelēz International is a leading company in the snacking industry, and they are seeking an EDR Analyst to join their information security team. The role involves assessing information security risks, implementing cyber security technology, and managing third-party providers while supporting the security of information and IT assets.

Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Mondelez’s EDR platform, ensuring all endpoints are correctly onboarded, updated, and protected
Develop, implement, and fine-tune custom detection rules within EDR platform to improve threat visibility and detection coverage
Perform policy configuration and tuning (prevention policies, sensor groups, exclusions) to reduce false positives and improve efficiency
Generate and maintain detailed reports on endpoint health, incident response, and platform performance
Coordinate sensor deployment across hybrid environments (Windows, macOS, Linux, and cloud workloads)
Provide support during security audits, incident response exercises, and tabletop simulations
Stay current with EDR product updates, threat intelligence trends, and best practices in endpoint security
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
Qualification
Required
Experience and knowledge in information security, compliance and risk management
Experience with security solutions and their applicability to Mondelēz International
Experience with security strategies, awareness campaigns, policies/standards and governance
Ability to communicate effectively with technical specialists, leaders and peers
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to be a team player by supporting and leading to achieve common goals

CISSP certification (must be attained within 1 year of employment)
