Parts Coordinator

Quality Sewing & Vacuum is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage the ordering, tracking, and distribution of spare parts for repairs or production. The role involves ensuring that technicians and customers have the correct components while maintaining accurate inventory and managing supplier relations.

Retail

Responsibilities

Monitoring stock levels, conducting physical counts, organizing stockrooms, and ensuring proper storage
Ordering parts, managing backorders, and coordinating with vendors for timely deliveries
Pulling, packing, and distributing parts to technicians or customers
Tracking all parts movement, updating management systems, and processing invoices
Communicating with vendors, managing returns of incorrect or damaged parts, and resolving billing issues
Providing price quotes, answering inquiries, and updating clients on order status
Seeks reimbursement for labor and parts on all in-warranty products

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Customer service experience

Knowledge of the industry's specific parts
