Quality Control Engineer

Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate products, processes, and services to ensure compliance with internal quality procedures and external regulations
Conduct/support quality inspections, audits, and assessments
Document findings, track non-conformances, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management
Assist in developing, implementing, and updating quality procedures and work instructions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
Support training initiatives related to quality standards and best practices
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects
Ensure proper documentation and record retention in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong knowledge of cGMP, and quality management systems
Monitor and evaluate products, processes, and services to ensure compliance with internal quality procedures and external regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Document findings, track non-conformances, and support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Physical ability to perform laboratory work including PPE usage
