This role involves supporting customers by demonstrating product functions and providing tailored solutions to meet their specific needs while managing regional teams and maintaining customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Be responsible for regional team management
Lead the team to communicate with customers, design energy storage system solutions based on customer needs, and prepare tender documents
Be responsible for identifying technical risks and solving system problems during the project implementation process
Maintain customer relationships and deeply explore customer demands and customer relationship information
Collect and analyze the technical requirements of the local regional market and transform them into competitive product demands
Qualification
Required
At least 10 years work experience in ESS market
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent market and competitor analysis abilities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Superb collaboration and communication
Superb logical and strategic thinking abilities
Preferred
Previous work experience as an AE or SE of ESS market is advantageous
Previous experience in utility or ESS developer company is advantageous
Knowledge of ESS projects development requirements is advantageous
