Human Resources Help Desk Specialist

They are seeking a Human Resources Help Desk Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for employee owners, providing support and guidance throughout their employee life cycle while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Responds to employee inquiries via tickets and phone calls; performs data entry and follows established processes to support employee life cycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and personal information updates
Documents and tracks inquiries and resolutions accurately within the support ticketing system
Maintains and updates personnel files in accordance with company policies and recordkeeping requirements
Collaborates with team members to learn and support specific processes and HCM systems
Maintains confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and interactions
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in HR support or a related area required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
High School diploma or GED required
Preferred
Associate's degree preferred
