Mid LevelCloudGofer Inc is seeking a Slack Platform & Automation Administrator to enhance employee workflows through Slack. This role involves designing and maintaining automations that streamline business processes, ensuring Slack serves as the primary interface for internal systems.

Responsibilities
Own Slack as a core business platform, including configuration, permissions, integrations, and governance, and make it the primary interface for employee workflows
Build and maintain Slack-based workflows, bots, and forms that replace manual, email, and ticket-driven processes
Build and maintain Slack bots connected to internal documentation and knowledge systems to surface answers, guidance, and workflows in real time
Design and operate Slack-driven approval flows across Salesforce, NetSuite (PRs/POs), and PTO, ensuring proper routing, auditability, and reliability
Enable employees to create, update, and interact with Salesforce records directly from Slack, including call notes, cases, work orders, and status updates
Integrate Slack with ServiceNow to create and track IT and internal service requests with improved visibility and response times
Support HR and payroll workflows such as PTO requests and approvals via Paycom or similar systems
Act as the connective layer between business teams and enterprise systems, documenting workflows and continuously identifying opportunities to automate and improve employee experience
Qualification
Required
Experience administering Slack at scale (apps, permissions, workflows, integrations)
Strong working knowledge of Salesforce
Experience integrating or working with NetSuite, ServiceNow, and HR/payroll systems (e.g., Paycom)
Basic scripting or API experience (REST, webhooks)
Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
Preferred
Experience building custom Slack apps or bots
Background in RevOps, BizOps, IT Ops, or Systems Administration
Experience in fast-growing or operationally complex environments
