Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts for web, mobile, and API applications
Lead automation strategy, tools selection, and best practices across projects
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Maintain defect/quality metrics KPIs. Analyze test results and provide clear reports on quality metrics
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
QA estimates for business and product initiatives
Optimize testing processes for speed and reliability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3+ years in test automation
Strong programming skills in one or more languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar
Experience testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Preferred
Experience with performance and load testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure)
Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of security testing
