Responsibilities

Develop proposals, budgets, and schedules

Manage safety planning and ensure compliance

Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and internal teams

Serve as primary client contact and foster relationships

Communicate with State Agencies to meet regulatory requirements

Lead and implement Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments for soil, soil vapor, and groundwater

Lead and implement remediation projects

Prepare technical reports, work plans, cost estimates, and grant applications

Review and interpret data against state and federal standards

Conduct site investigations, sampling, and inspections

Oversee subcontractors and ensure health & safety compliance

Mentor junior staff and manage field teams

Support business development and proposal efforts
