Sales Manager
Groupe Beneteau is the world leader in sailing catamarans, known for its innovative and high-performance products. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead commercial development across the Americas, focusing on market growth and premium customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow Lagoon’s market share across the Americas
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, business partners, and key clients
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
Train and support local sales teams, ensuring alignment with Lagoon’s commercial vision
Ensure proper follow-up and smooth after-sales operations across the network
Frequent international travel and participation in major industry events
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the nautical or luxury sector
Experience managing and developing an international dealer network
Excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities, and expertise in strategic partnerships
Fluency in English and Spanish
Strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and a clear drive for results
Preferred
French is a strong plus
